stir over ice. strain into chilled glass. fizz to top.
3 oz. Reyka vodka
1 tbsp. grated ginger
juice of 1 lime
3 oz. simple syrup
top w/ club soda + lime wheel
3 Reyka vodka : 1 Elderflower.
3 sour cherries + jus.
Juice of 1/2 lime.
Muddle. Shake w/ ice.
Into highball, fizz to taste.
Garnish: 2 Rainier cherries + lime slice.

1/2 lemon
tsp agave.
shake w/ ice.
fizz w/ 4oz club soda.
3oz rye
1oz grand marnier
1/2 of a juicy lemon
½ tsp agave
3 splashes peychaud’s
Shake hard over ice. Strain into highball over rocks.
Optional club soda splash.
Optional vanilla infusion splash.
